Hi, I’m Isla Hill, CrossFit Teen.

I started CrossFit aged 9 at CrossFit Chester-le-Streets Kids Club. It really helped boost my confidence, fitness levels and gave me a great foundation for gymnastics and weightlifting.

This tear I reached the quarter final stages of the CrossFit Open and I am really pleased with my progress.

I am now focusing my training on competing at local events, Castle Games and Northern Championships.

I love being an ambassador for Rip Into Apparel with their comfortable and colourful designs, suitable for all sports.

I am definitely ‘stronger than yesterday’!

Hey I’m Harvey, I’m a Olympic Weightlifter in the 73kg category.

I started my weightlifting journey at the beginning of 2020 by the end of the year I finishing 3rd in the senior men 73kg season. This inspired me to push my self further and dedicate my life to see how far I can go in the sport of Olympic weightlifting!

At the end of 2021 I qualified for the British age group championships in which I finished 3rd with a 202kg total.

2022 Saw me hit my biggest total yet 221kg, that allowed me to qualified for the English championships and just missed out by a couple of kilo’s of the qualifying total for the British championships.

In 2023 I am hoping to push myself further to once again qualify for the English championshipsalong side making my first appearance at the British championships. Qualifying for these competitions will be one of the many stepping stones to achieve my dream to representing England, competing at the commonwealth games!

I’m Joanne,

I got involved in CrossFit in April 2018 mainly to push myself more.

The best thing for me is there are endless goals to achieve. I’m stronger both mentally and physically and that is down to the amazing CrossFit boxes I’ve been lucky enough to train at.

Rip into apparel hit a chord with me with their slogan #strongerthanyesterday it’s my motto in all that I do plus I love their clothing range. I’m extremely proud to be an ambassador for them.

Hi, i’m Lewin, a 14 year old Cross Fitter

Having done CrossFit for just over a year, I enjoy pushing myself to the limit every time I enter the gym.

I’ve also played rugby since the age of 4, so I’ve always had a passion for sport and fitness. I’ll continue to work hard and push myself constantly, with Rip Into apparel helping me through workouts and obstacles along the road.

I’m Jo Smith, an ultra running, CrossFitter.

I got into running after having my 2nd child and needed a challenge loved going out on the trails, after reaching my goal of running a 100 mile race I needed another challenge, friend suggested CrossFit and I was hooked after my first class.

Love the feeling of being pushed to your limits on every workout and you can see improvements every time.

I’m Sean, 17, currently studying Sports at 6th Form.

Started CrossFit age 7 and started competing at the age of 14. Never a dull training session, as everyone is different. Always been keen and into fitness from a young age.

I love taking part in Competitions and enjoy pushing the limits and seeing what I am capable of. When I am not in the gym training, I am out on my bike and enjoying the outdoor.

Very grateful to be an ambassador for Rip Into, as all their clothes and great quality, comfortable and look ace as well. I’m always wearing some Rip Into branded item at any stage. Their accessories are also fab, wrist wraps keeping my wrists secure when hitting the big lifts to the trucker caps keeping my head shaded and cool. But then again, the Bobble Hats and Beanies are beyond cosy!

I’m Helen,

I started doing CrossFit in 2016 after my twins were born. I needed to get active again & I needed something that was mine, where my identity wasn’t just “mam”. Straight away I was hooked on the feeling of giving it your everything and the community aspect. In 2020 I decided to peruse a PT qualification & joined Project Fitness a year later as a PT and coach. That’s where I met Ian & the Rip Into family! Last year I decided I needed a new challenge & trained towards my first bodybuilding show. I came 4th in my first show with PCA, 1st in my second show with IBFA & 1st in the IBFA British finals.

It was an absolute privilege to be asked by Rip Into to be an ambassador. They are a great local company that are heavily involved in the community. Just like RipInto, I’m always striving to be Stronger than Yesterday!

I’m, Graham,

I’ve been training strongman for around 3 years now, found it right before lockdown, wish I had found it in my 20’s. I’ve always been into sport and fitness, tried all sorts of strength training, weight training & CrossFit.

At the moment, I Like all aspects of strongman training, but got to say my favourite lift is squat and deadlift, very easy for them both to let you know whether it’s been a successful lift or not.

So far I’ve entered 1 comp and came a massive 4th out of 40 people, narrowly missing out on a podium finish!

For the upcoming year I’m aiming for 3- 4 comps and hoping to bring back some silverware, being bigger, faster & stronger. And having Rip Into Apparel by my side, will make it that bit easier!

Hi, I’m Heather,

A personal trainer and group exercise instructor.

I competed in running, long distance running and ultra-marathons until as recently as a year ago when I converted to weight training/powerliftingand also living a healthier lifestyle. Since this conversion I have seen a made a very noticeable physique transformation which gave me the inspiration to become a personal trainer and help others.

I love pushing my body to the limit, feeling stronger and making progress with every training session. I’ve always been a big fan of the Rip Into clothing and ethos of a #strongerthanyesterday

I’m extremely proud to be an ambassador for the brand.

I’m William,

My boxing journey started at the age of 9 but I didn’t fight competitively until the age of 13.

I am a super heavyweight boxer who’s won 7 national titles and excited for my professional debut in June. I’ve have had 37 bouts and represented England and on numerous occasions won European medals along the way.

Rip Into have supplied apparel that has been worn whilst in competitions and training.

Comfortable, adaptable, and stylish apparel – great clothing brand.

I’m Sarah, a firefighter, big foodie and lover of CrossFit.

I properly got into CrossFit just over a year ago after rowing at championship level and fancied changing it up.

I love CrossFit because it enables you to push yourself and the workouts being made up of a number of movements means I never get bored.

I’ve always been into my fitness and keeping fit.

I’ve participated in a number of disciplines…
Fitness model, Olympic lifting, rowing both on the water and indoor and now CrossFit has become my obsession.

I am so happy and grateful to be an ambassador for RIP INTO because their apparel looks great, its functional and also super comfy.

I’m Danielle,

Being a mam and working in an accountants fulltime I need a release and was flitting between gyms for several years until Ian mentioned CrossFit.

I absolutely love the atmosphere and friendliness of our gym. The coaches are great and I’ve never loved training so much, hence my massive appetite for RIPINTO gear.

I’m Lindsay – AKA Miff!

I started CrossFit almost 7 years ago after being an avid runner most of my life, and a gym goer for several years. I found CrossFit when I was at a fairly low point in my life and I genuinely believe it increased me mental health drastically.

I feel super grateful to be sponsored by Rip Into as their kit is always so comfortable, looks great, squat proof and the leggings don’t roll down when you’re doing burpees
